Oh yeah, I never throw the bones away. I made some kick ass turkey and noddle soup out of the cartus.:) Your injection sauce was great by the way. Running through the blender eliminates the coffee filter step.

You especailly have to save ham bones because this is football season. All I have to do is bet spotts and he sends me some Colorado Bean soup mix.:D
