I think they are sorta like chicken gizzards which are pretty tasty.
Eating balls in Colorado does sound a bit kinky but we all held hands at Tanglewood Park ;) If you don't come to a convention you just don't get the full effect :D

Bruces Rocky Mountain oysters were a delicacy in my homeland of colorado. Many a day I was able to stop in at lunch and enjoy those breaded cow ball treats. Ah the memories.:)
