i am attempting to do a floor plan showing a vvt system we have installed. the demo shows a floor plan but i haven't been able to figure out how it was done.
i did one in visio and have been trying to import it but haven't had any success. any ideas? thanks

Open the visio, select file, save as, and at the bottom under the file name select the format as a graphics file that the jace will support like jpeg, gif, or portable network graphics(.png).
I suggest the .png format as it is lossless. From there you can open the graphics file with GIMP, Photoshop, or whatever graphics program you prefer to scale/crop/etc...

thanks for the reply. i'm not having trouble converting visio into a usable format. i'm just having trouble importing it into my station.

Just use the FTP client in workbench, or any FTP software and copy the file into your station px folder in the Jace.

You can use File Transfer Client in Platform view. Just transfer image file to Jace, then drag it into px view.

Make sure you save the file as follows in the proper place.
Under the FX Tools\Station Name\Graphics sub-directory
