JCI S+tep program

Have any JCI branches started this yet? seems like there are going to be other changes in store for October as well....

Eff those changes in october... if they are the one in particular that I am thinking of.

I hate hard hats... I'll wear em when needed, but why do I need to wear them at all times?!

As for the rest of the changes.. I dunno.. so far they haven't peeved me much if at all... but compared to where I was... it'd take a lot lol

What is the JCI S+TEP? And what other changes have you heard are coming in October?(besides a new paint job for the van)...Please allaborate......

No new paint jobs, I bet they'll just phase the new logo in when the vans get old enough to be turned in.

The super crappy thing that's also coming in october... drum roll please...

Part of the reason I got out of construction was the hard hat deal. Sure I can see wearing them when needed, but doing service on a mall... do you really need a hard hat?

Step program for jci,from what i understand they are going to bring back what york had in act for many years.More training and certifications,for higher pay.

I don't care who does it... anyone (boss's, are you listening?!) that pays their guys to get smarter will certainly keep those employee's happy... not to mention have some pretty good guys working for them too.
