There is a ton of debate on immigration these days.
I am even starting to see some local gatherings held to discuss the subject.
That's a great idea and all, but why the same tired old argument?
We recently had 3 liberals come in an offer the republican party the same arguments that have been presented before.
Is there a need for decent people seeking work and escaping rotten conditions in their own country to have a place in this country?
Of course.
And there's a legal process for them to enter this country.
I fail to see why we should reward illegal aliens with priviliges that insert them into the front of the line.
And to anyone who suggests that deportation will lead to family separation, ICE will not prevent illegals from taking their families with them if they go.
If the focus is on Hispanics in this debate, it is there because of the in your face, high profile, shove it down our throats approach taken by the Hispanic lobby groups.
When we witness Mexican flags flying at rallies and hear Hispanic speakers attempting to justify criminal conduct, should we be suprised that 'Hispanics' and 'illegals' are considered one in the same??

Review not as spam but a post by an anti American idiot who wants our Western culture, language and way of life destroyed and overran by third world immigrants who do not respect our country. Yeah what a conservative you are? Karl Mark's "Communist Manifesto" is your Bible.

lets be clear here chillbill.
there are Wetbacks and then there are spicks!
Wetbacks DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH, DO NOT respect anything about this country & and are the greater majority of the 2 that are filling up our prisons and a large % of them belong to the Mexican mafia!!!!!
Spicks, do speak english, are here legally, respect this country, have legal jobs and have or are currently serving in our military!
" Personally I HATE WETBACKS!!!!!!, I'm a spick , I am Bilingual as is my family, Most of my family are liberal about other things, but not immigration.
and the majority of us spics hate wetbacks because they make ALL OF US look just like them!

I have no bone to pick with Mexicans or any other Hispanic who came to this country legally.
I just can't stand to hear all the apologists trying to rewrite the laws that mandate clearly that they should be sent packing.
The bleeding hearts want to cry about them and their poor families and their "separation".
They voluntarily separated from their families to come here illegaly, didn't they?
ICE reports that they are becoming increasingly violent and combative at the borders since there has been more manpower there trying to curb their entry.
What's next on the apology list?
Mankow is going to tell us that they didn't mean to come here illegaly?
Just once this week, I'd like to see the liberals stick to the subject instead of the usual diversion.

well, they did not mean to come here illegally, but there is a hugh hole in the border and they come here to cut your grass, build your home at a reasonable price (Builders get richer) and pick your food, cut your chicken and pork and beef so it fits in your skillet and give you something to complain about:cool:

well, they did not mean to come here illegally Right on cue. Poor ba--ards forgot where they were I suppose.
but there is a hugh hole in the border
Would that be the hole they created? Or the fences that they cut down that we pay for? Or the walls that they scale?
and they come here to cut your grass, build your home at a reasonable price (Builders get richer) and pick your food, cut your chicken and pork and beef so it fits in your skillet and give you something to complain about:cool:
Couldn't give a crap why they are here.
I only care that they shouldn't be and they know it.
You ever seen any of the houses they "build"?
I'd gladly pay more for trained builders any day of the week.
Oh, and I cut my own grass.
Oh and yes, I'll keep complaining about them until the government stops enabling them and gets them the hell out of my country.
There is no acceptable alternative and especially not the one you endorse, which is doing nothing.

Wow acmanko please check Mexico's illegal immigration policy. They deport people back to Central America every day and if you were there and didn't have any money, they would send your butt packing too.

They don't cut my lawn, they don't raise my children. Nickel to a donut they did the concrete work for my builder, they are all over the concrete farming around here.
I'd like to see another 4 rounds of operation wetback.
And just in time... , Mitt's radio spots for Pres. here locally tout biometric data on (non SSN holding)worker's ID cards.
How tight can you hold YOUR nose when you vote?

How tight is right, doc!
I am still undecided, but I'm sure I'll end up holding my nose whatever way I decide. :o
That Ron Paul fellow is starting to look pretty good about now.
I read a few of his speeches and I thought they were good.
Don't know much about him though.
