You guessed it, he is here illegally and has priors. These kids are dead because we can't enforce immigration laws. What is it gong to take? It gets worse, sexual assault may have been involved. This guy is a real winner. Very disturbing to say the least.:mad:

Even if you put the illegal status aside, he had already sexually assaulted a five year old girl. So what do they do? Post bail and the guy is back on the streets. Now he is alledged to have come across these teens, rob them, assault two of them, and finally, shoot them all execution style. What the he!! is going on in our legal system? You write a couple of bad checks and you do more time than these slugs, WTF!

It's high time the long arm of the law , put a few more in the ground!:mad: :mad:
he's not american, there has no right to a speedy trial or any of the other benifits of being an american! String him up and then let the families of the victims do as the wish with him.

While emotionally I agree, legally I do not. We are a nation of laws, and regardless of you nation of origin, or immigration status, we must uphold our own laws, including due process. If we are making exceptions to the law, then why even have the law in the first place. I know it's an unpopular issue with some people, but the constitution guarantees civil rights for all who are in our country, regardless of citizenship status.

But on another note, what is this society coming to? These guys killed INNOCENT people. These kids wherent gang bangers, or thugs... They where actually upstanding kids with promising futures.. I got so mad watching the Nightline piece about this, and watching the families reeling in pain over their losses, senseless losses. Good thing the one girl survived, and ultimately led police to capture these fools.
