Don't you guys know anything? They've been far to busy with important tasks like supporting gay rights, protecting abortion, and saving the snail darter.

Those are all important things, don't ya know? Especially the snail darter...

The other reason is there is some maniac in the Oval Office that just veto's anything and everything he likes at the whim's notice.

It's not what, it's the threats that he will. Might as well not even bother when you have a "mini king" in office. We all gotta wait until '08 for the real change.

Neo-Cons out, Americans in.

But seriously folks, the dems have been too busy with their kangaroo censure votes attempting to put progress in a stalemate.

Oh, and undermining the country.

Hey, the really important thing is, to investigate till congress finds something.

Then y'all will see.

Repubs. had six years and all they did was borrow money from China to blow in Iraq.

Kind of like the "family values" republicans did with their escapades and the Ken Starr brigade.

Hmmmm. Who was it again that appointed Ken Starr as Independent Counsel?
That would be a 3 judge panel required by law and signed into law by President Clinton. The law noted that Independent Counsels must be chosen by the three-judge panel and not by the administration under investigation. DUH
Clinton had Janet Reno appoint Robert Fiske in an attempt to slither out of any findings that were sure to come.
He was as bitter as hell when Starr started doing his job the way he was trained to do it.

Sorry to burst your bubble but Ken Starr is an honorable man who simply did his job and didn't allow the nonsense of the Clinton smear machine to sabotage his investigation.

Kind of like the "family values" republicans did with their escapades and the Ken Starr brigade.Yeah, old Republican Kenny spent 55 million dollars and years peeking into keyholes and all he could pin on Clinton was a blow job.

Well, at least the sexually repressed Republicans got their money's worth by living their sex lives vicariously through Clinton.

It's funny how you can point out that important part, "democratically elected", yet you also like to call Achmedinejad a tyranical leader of Iran, who, BTW was also "Democratically elected"...

Hmmm....

Yep, mini king, he sure needed the Democrats, thats why he presented them with faulty intel, lies, and other funstuff right out of the "Cheney bag o' dirty tricks" pile... A used car sales man of the worst kind.

Sure, and he certainly did not let his partisan politics get the best of him either? Speaking of being a conservative, why in the hell did his investigation cost $55Million to only uncover some sexual nonsense....:( :( I'll bet you you could have hired some two-bit PI out of Jersey that could have told you that bit of info for let's say, $54,999,990.99 less than Ken Starr...

(Monica was most likely some GOP plant in the first place. Sheet, we already knew Billy-Bob had a taste for the "strange", but damn, that was a good set up!!)

You were correct about the threats of Vetoing bills. Without enough votes to over ride a veto you make little progress on promises.

PLEASE NOTE:: Bush does not veto tax cuts for the wealthy.:o

The fact is that the Democratic Party has the best chance there is to take Executive power back in the White House, but they certainly don't want to inherit the war that they have used as their platform for the past 6 years. Why? Because they have no idea what to do about the war and certainly have no plans for ending it.

For this reason the Democrats are desperate to try to force the current administration to give up on the war. It is absolutely embarrasing to see the Democratic Party having a shot at the big time and knowing they cannot handle it.

I see what you are saying, Robo. The war is another one of those "vast right wing conspiracies" against the Democrats. Why anybody would waste their vote on this pathetic mess of a party is beyond me.
I'll be wasting my vote on a candidate who does not have a worthless R or D behind their name. Personally, I'm done with the two party system.

May I suggest to you that you research the investigation and the allegations brought forth about Clinton that warranted impeachment?

I'll bet you you could have hired some two-bit PI out of Jersey that could have told you that bit of info for let's say, $54,999,990.99 less than Ken Starr.
LOL You don't know what you're talking about again ole.
Ken Starr did not budget one dime for the investigation into the corrupt practices that engulfed the Clinton's and their cronies.

(Monica was most likely some GOP plant in the first place.
Oh yeah. The sad and pitiful part is that I'm sure you actually believe that. One has to wonder why a president would conduct the business of running the country while whipping out his organ for a "Republican plant" instead of doing the responsible thing and sending the little girl on her way.
Please. You can do better than that.

Sheet, we already knew Billy-Bob had a taste for the "strange", but damn, that was a good set up!!)
Yeah, those darned republicans and the devil made slick willie do it.
