Now I know that very few members of HVAC-Talk enjoy partying -- you're the most serious, hardest-working bunch I've ever interacted with. But just in case you feel the urge to relax, we have a few small things you can do during HVAC Comfortech 2007.

We call this THE PARTY. And we have two major editions of THE PARTY!

The WELCOME RECEPTION, which is sponsored by Emerson Climate Technologies (http://www.emersonclimate.com/) is our kick-off event, held Wednesday, September 26th from 7:30 – 9:30 p.m. in the Majestic Ballroom of the Renaissance Grand Hotel in St. Louis.

Food and drinkage abounds as we gather together to greet old friends and make new contacts. Get ready to exchange ideas with fellow contractors, distributors and manufacturers and have some fun in the process!

Next is our most famous event: THE THURSDAY NIGHT BLOWOUT. This year, we return to the outstanding St. Louis City Museum. Here is where you should "Expect the Unexpected."

When? Thursday, September 27 from 8:00 – 11:00 p.m.

On Thursday night, HVAC Comfortech takes the party to the St. Louis City Museum (don’t let the word Museum fool you) for an evening Comfortech attendees won’t soon forget! You’ll be treated to a wide array of refreshments ranging from beer and brauts to pasta and a selection of fine wines, while you experience the unique exhibits created by talented artists.

Why the City Museum?
When you visit this unique venue, you’ll experience a magical world forged
of recycled, recovered and reshaped treasures. In addition to housing some of the most captivating interactive art, City Museum unleashes the fascinated, childlike spirit stored within every explorer who passes through its doors. This is a place you’ve only imagined in dreams. For
more information, visit www.citymuseum.org (http://www.citymuseum.org)

If golfing is your thing, have no fear -- we have that as well: the ACCA — St. Louis & HVAC Comfortech Golf Outing is famous for the fun and comraderie it provides participants. Golf the Hale Irwin designed courses of Forest Park before the HVAC Comfortech 2007 seminars begin. These challenging courses wind through the park, offering views of famous St. Louis landmarks and historical sites. The outing will be held on Wednesday, September 26. Additional costs apply.

For more information , contact Kellie Jones, St. Louis ACCA,
at 314-457-8518 or chapterexec@acca-stl.org (//chapterexec@acca-stl.org).

Ya know how last year he followed everyone around pretending to have a good time? As long as he brings that credit card that hangs around his neck like a pork chop he's good with me..

Commmonnnnn... reconsider.

I'll be there strictly as RoBoTeq this year. If the H-Talk booth needs manning, I'll be there. Otherwise I'll be everywhere else.

Maybe we can convince you to join us next year. As an attendee. As an HVAC-Talk person. As an Htalk NL contributor. Or maybe, just as yourself.
