Wife ordered some lobsters and they came from Canada.
While they had the hardest shells any of us had seen they were the sweetest lobsters any of us ever had and my wife is from New Hampshire.

Next time I'll be looking from country of origin.

I guess hard shells = cold water ??

I think that only relates to male shrinkage. A common event often denied.
