What The.......Registers Condensating

anyone ever seen register's condensate and run down the wall? duct comes from the attick down 2 floors to a mixing box, then back up a wall riser to wall register's, and they are leaking water.....HELP

Could be a few things causing this....If the rooms where the "Leaking" is happening have alot of humidity in them, the cool air hitting the warm register can condense.
