Here is a little piece on the Imams who want to sue the passengers who did their civic duty of reporting suspicious behavior to airport authorities.
I think that they were testing the systems in place by the airport. It is also possible that they orchestrated the whole scenario in an attempt to weaken our justice system(they are good at that). Using discrimination as a base and utilizing C.A.I.R. as their mouthpiece they may actually succeed.
But is it right?
Wouldn't it be the same as reporting masked men standing in front of a bank, since bank robbers wear mask and Muslims fly planes into buildings?
I would urge any of you in the states who have Democratic or Republican senators that voted "NO" to this provision, to contact your senators and ask them why they are willing to put you and your family at personal and financial risk by not being able to report suspicious activity without repercussions against you.
