Anyone here like Sushi?
Try some sushi grade tuna fillets.
Cut them in 1/2" x 1" slivers (or slightly larger).
Steam some rice and when it's done, lay the rice out on a cutting board.
Turn the rice over until it loses some of it's heat and then sprinkle sushi vinegar on all of the rice.
Serve the rice with a side of Wasabe paste or powder and a side of soy sauce.
Leave the tuna on a side plate in the fridge until everything is prepared and then take it out of the fridge and eat it with the sides.
Be careful with the Wasabe....it's strong stuff.
It's tasty and healthy.

We have guys here that are fetching 32K for a single Bluefin tuna.
I prefer the Yellowfin and Big Eye filets over the Bluefin, but they are all good.
Since I started getting creative with raw fish, I feel better and my health has greatly improved.
It's even become easier for my body to process it.
It doesn't hurt that I have homemade refrigeration to control my temps EXACTLY where I want them.
There are a ton of recipes and good quality wasabe is essential.
The "bait" reference was in response to Terry Bradshaw referring to sushi as "bait".
Guess you missed it.
