You can purchase a motor tester from your Carrier distributor.

You won't find an after market ECM.

The module programing is propritary to the brand manufacturer.

Go to Emerson website toolbox.

Zebrastat sells a great ECM tester also and can be found at zebrastat.com
they also offer troubleshooting cd with tester.
