RUUD 12SEER scroll Silhouette AH. Checked wiring. Next step will be to check Tx in AH. Is this circuit typically fused? Thanks.

Is there 24 volt at the condensor contactor or not? Not sure where you are going with this?

You might want to check the fuse at the TEV it might have blown.
