My son loves buffalo wings so my wife went out and bought a bunch of wings. Now I have to find a recipe to make 'em on the Bar-B-que. Anybody have a good recipe - he doesn't like them suicidal hot, just a nice kick.

Marinate wings in:
vinegar
lemon juice
garlic
paprika
seasoning salt
place on top rack of BBQ over medium/low heat
bast with marinate
cooking time 1 to 1.5 hours
Use the posted sauses for dipping or shaking

Some I threw together that turned out good..........
Butter
Catalina Salad dressing
Garlic salt
Lousiana Hot sauce
Another Xtreme Hot sauce(eliminate for your wings)
1 stick of butter melted, add about 1/2 bottle of Catalina, garlic salt&hot sauce to taste. Did a full baking sheet of wings. Baste as their cooking.

Key I wouldn't recommend basting with your marinade that your chicken has been sitting in. Unless you meant using fresh marinade.

I didn't marinade, although a good idea. I also used the oven. Since he's Bar-b-queing them, I do recommend fresh sauce to baste, not the marinade.
sorry, reply to post above mine I guess.

very good point...I never use the marinade the chicken has been sitting in...
as a note: basting with lemon juice marinate, crisps the outside of the wing and seal in the juices.
