If there are people who haven't gotten their paper work and $ sent in yet please don't let that stop you from doing so and comming to the convention. You should still be able to get the lower rate on a room from the hotel. Just use the group code VACVACA on-line or by phone.
I would appreciate being able to get a firm head count within the next 2 weeks if at all possible.

Just so no one misunderstands, this is a very social convention. As a matter of fact, to call it a "convention" is a bit of a stretch;)

Seminars may include how much Iron City beer can you stomach (1.25 cans is the lead so far) or who can be the most obnoxious in a public setting. There is a bit of HVAC discussion, usually involving the temperature of someones drink.

Absolutely. You still need to send in the registration form with payment for the festivities so we don't have to sic beencool on you, but all are welcome. Don't worry about being late with the registration. I hear that some of the regulars are still not paid up.
