What's cooking for the 4th of July.

The family is coming over. I have a bushel of clams coming. So I have to make the chowder tonight.

During the day it is onions pepper hot dog, cheese burgers, raw and steamers.

Supper is smoked chcken that has been marinated in tarragon,olive oil and oj.

At night we go up to the country club and watch the town fireworks.

Having my brother and his family over, my brother just retired from the army ( 24 yrs)! I think we are going to smoke some ribs and Brats, and burgers and dogs. Looking forward to just kicking back and grillin' and chillin'!!

We had the traditional burgers and dogs with a steak thrown in.

I made 2- 3/4lb burgers for my son and I. Talk about good. :D
