They have ruled against the communist members of the Supreme Court and made a small step for freedom in public education. Maybe they can rule against reverse racial discrimination in the work place. Bush has at least appointed some Americans to the communist dominated Supreme Court even though he was fought all the way by the Commie loving Democrats.
