Enchalada Pie
6 large tortillas
1Lb hamburger
1 onion
2 cans mushroom soup
1 can enchalada suace
8oz. cheese
Brown hamburger and onion. Add soup and sauce. Place 3 tortillas on bottom and layer mixture and tortillas. Top with cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 min.
