i have a micro tech control system on a centrifugal chiller the monitor starts up and the graphics load but there is no data in the feilds only dashed lines i have removed and reinstalled the cableing on both ends same thing any help would be helpful

Which MicroTech controller do you have ?

the controller is a micro tech II the controller in the control panel works fine the mechine is runnig fine its the swing out graphic screen that doesnt communicate the graphic loads but not the data

OTIS ( Graphics Panel ) is not communicating with the Unit controller. Your going to have to contact your local McQuay Service office. It could be as simple as a lose connection or could
possibly the software code in the controllers ( this all depends on the version of the graphics panel ( OTIS ). If its about 4 " thick its the older version. If its very thin its the newest version.
Note this will not stop the unit from running the OTIS is only for the operator.
