I love to use different types of chips in my smoker.Fri my neighbor
brought over 10 bags of chips that he got from work(Gallo winery).
Today I will fire up the smoker and see how they work on ribs and chicken.

They HAVE to be good to cook over. It makes sense.Maybe the tannin needs tending to, but in general... Yum!:)

Oh man they work great.The chips are still wet from processing.The chicken
has a tangy taste to it but the ribs still have another 1/2 hour to go maybe
longer.No hurry I'm not on call.;)
