There is a back door of sorts. An overseas tech showed it to me before but it was a couple of years ago. You might be able to find it if you talk to the right person.

Like ej said, citrix.
The site can be accessed from any computer with internet access(as long as you have the citrix client installed, which is available to download when you try to access the site)

Perhaps it is my laptop and how the BAS guru set it up, But Citrix is a no go unless I'm using a trane provided internet connection?

For all the replies, I'm unable to login, the passwords, or username, must not be the same as the employee services site. I don't spend much time at our office. Once a month for service meeting. We've got one monday so, I'll try to pester someone into getting me hooked up.

the password is the same...but for some reason, it has to be setup first, to allow you access to it.
Guys with problems, contact the 800 support line for Trane and they will help with access, email, and password support.
