Is Ther Anything That Can Be Done To Stop Debri From Old Insulation In The Supply Duct From Spreading Through System And Coming Out Of Outlets

I've read in RSES magazene that the existing insulation can be sealed in w/ some king of spray on glue. The service may be being offered by duct cleaners, but I'm not sure of its affectiveness, or cost.

Yes their a lot of coatings on the market! Foster 40-20 is the best out their EPA aproved for HVAC systems and has a mold killer in it.
