Mr. Slim Parts/Install

older home with steam heat; opted for 2 3unit Mr Slim multi splits for cooling and backup heating; ct area diamond installer; a few months ago

2 units apparently lost room temp thermister; ordered parts a week ago have not arrived; now service rep says they always have problems getting parts from mitsu (now they tell me!!)

any other have this experience? any recommendation to put pressure on them?

We have not done anything in the past couple weeks with them. But we usually have no problem gettting parts thru the local dealer.

actually the info that they are slow was coming from my dealer who installed the system
