Have you ever noticed that people have no idea of the comfort we provide them.I mean from there home,car to the food they eat.You know I love what I do and take great pride in it but it seems as though people look upon trades like we took an easy way out.No one wants to do physicall labor anymore and they have no idea that we deal with cpu systems to.just as an example a high rise building loses cooling and its 95 outside.You respond to the call only to find that the cooling tower motor is faulty because it hasn`t been serviced.You try to find one but it`s going to take a day or two.Everyone there acts as though it`s your fault you didn`t try hard enough.or what I like the most are you sure.I wish i could tell them no i used a magic 8-ball and it said your screwed.anyway hats off to my brothers of the trade i appriciate all you do.

I like it when the Chiller quits, and they have no idea where the unit is even at. End up replacing a compressor, where they got the rock bottom cheapest price. Spray the coil out enough to get them going. Tell them and write on the ticket in CAPS, what else needs to be done. IE CHange driers and oil, clean coils, change out that squaling cond. motor. Then never hear from them again, unless the machine quits, and they call you back or more often bad mouth you to someone else.
