This is not a justification of forced sex at all. Period. Whenparents of 15 -17 tear old girls allow them to dress like 20+ year old sluts and date 17-20 year old boys and consentual sex happens why in the hell do they feel like they are victims. They wory more about their reputation as parents than parenting. Same way with the college chick who has" buyers remorse"after a night partying. This can ruin kids lives

If somebody is caught stealing tools, they get a fine and a slap on the wrist and let go......Ten in the pen for a bj initiated by the victim.....is crazy.

So, at 16 (with parental consent) she could actually marry the guy but the guy gets jail for a consensual act that a previous President has insisted isn't a sexual act? Just because she's 15? From the article: a felony for teens less than three years apart to have oral sex SO! Had he been 18 would it have been okay? These archaic laws need to all be stricken.
