Does anyone have plans or know where to find plans for building a large BBQ/Smoker? I need something that I can cook for 40-60 people. I don't care if it has to be trailered either since it will travel. Thanks

The best thing to do is visit some BBQ forums and check out pictures of what guys have built. There are alot of designs out there that work really well. I have seen step by step pictures of bbq rigs as guys were building them on forums. good stuff.

You could buy one. I see them for sale a lot in our local paper.
