White BBQ Sauce

Anybody tried white (mayo based) BBQ sauce? It comes out of Alabama and is popular there from what I understand.

1 cup mayonnaise
1 TBS lemon juice
1/4 cup vinegar
1 TBS pepper (fresh ground is fabulous)
1 TBS salt

I was told to season up some chicken and smoke it like usual. When its done, dip the whole pieces into the white sauce and serve it up.
