WOW! New HVAC hand truck

I know we all have problems moving these units around and they are only getting heavier! I just bought one of these trucks and it is saving my back and in most cases it has eliminated the need for two people. It works great on un-even terrain, gravel, etc.

I do know that Valley Craft manufactures the hand trucks. Their out of Lake City, MN. I believe it was $399.00 and It was definately worth it....
You can easily break over the heaviest condensors with one person!

careful now you only need one guy. Now build those guns so u can load and unload the condensor alone. wouldn't work too well with a boiler probally

I don't think going up or down stairs, or a steep incline would be too fun.
I don't remember how much those things add to the total weight of the load....

I enjoy the power handcart we use for boilers. Makes getting a boiler onto the box truck a piece of cake. better than using the boards as a ramp

I want to see a demo of him using it on a 5 ton Trane XL19i, 430ish pounds.

This truck is rated for 600lbs... There is another cross bar higher up on the hand truck to put your foot on to gain more leverage. Yeah, it's adds some extra weight but it has to be heavy duty. It may not solve the stair issue, but it sure is a big asset to me. I have some workmens comp. issues, so anything I can get that is ergonomically designed and works as easy as this thing does is better for us.

I bought a 12v electric winch to pull old furnaces and ACs into my truck.
Then I bought a 120v winch to set heavy compressors into place.
I am still working on the stair and sloaping yard problem...:o

Valley Craft is in my hometown of Lake City, Matter of fact my dad works there. When he first started 20 years ago, he was a welder, and now he just does maintenance.

I don't.... it was fun when my parents moved to the new house 3 years ago, when we had to empty out the garage.... Mom said get a dumpster! Never been touched for X amount of years! lol
