Potential Relay & Capacitor

I'm working on a Lennox M# HS29-024-1P S#5899B 17914 GE Potential Relay# 3ARR3K13T3 Start capacitor is a 330V 174mfd.
Capacitor is blown up so I'm assuming the relay stuck closed so I want to replace both but don't have access to Lennox numbers. Anybody know the specs on the relay. Local Johnstone probably has the repacement but Which one?
