Hi Guys
I have a residential carrier unit running in a vaccuum
I was wondering if excess oil in evaporator could cause this
and if so..can it be fixed or flushed

I'm not ready to buy a new unit yet
Thanks for any help

We're not allowed to go into detail here in the resi forum.

Its possible, but I doubt that is your problem.

It's a safety thing and prices vary per regions and equipment and companies....Someone in NY might think he's getting ripped cause they see a price in NC that is 1/2 of what they were going to pay....To many factors....And the safety thing is not telling how to fix something in the General Discussion...that could get someone seriously hurt. Takes most people several years of school before they are comfortable working on systems....or more.....Someone with limited knowledge comes in asking how to repair their system...someone tells them....Except they forget to lockout and kill themselves..Then what was telling them how to fix it, was it worth it?

Sorry Guys
I'm just trying to figure out why I have a restriction
I used nitro to blow out the evaporator...cap tubes don't seem restricted
but getting a lot of oil coming out...I already replaced the filter dryer..
I'm puzzled

That's why you don't do this for a living. Someone that does this for a living will know how to solve your problem. You need to pay them money for them to come solve the problem for you though.

Understood Cotty Gee
I have never worked on HVAC before but did work on refrigeration for 15 years
I'm very slow to pay a over priced bill from a new rookie that might show up
I'll figure it out
Thanks
