Trane XR13 with R410A

I've read several posts that the Trane XR 13 is only available with R-22. Yet I just got a bid for that model with R 410A. The AC model is 4TTR3030 and the evaporator coil is 4TXLB031BC.

Does that sound right? It's a 2.5 ton unit for a 2500 sq ft house that is 2 stories and basement.

They are just coming out with the 4TTR3 line. Coil is 4TXCB031.

Houses vary in needs. We have a few in our area with 2500 sq ft and 2.5 ton. I would hope your dealer did some kind of calc.
