I have a customer with an old walk in cooler and freezer where the insulation in the walls has deterioated over time, panels and seams coming loose . This has become a problem because moisture, condensation, and ice buildup issues have appeared on the outside Cooler/Freezer walls where a new tenant space is being remodeled.

Has anyone rebulit the inside of Coolers/Freezers before - what materials did you use- or is this a hopeless case where the whole Cooler/Freezer needs to be torn down and rebuilt with new?

Freezer is about 6' x 8' and Cooler is 10' x 12'

It sounds like the insulation has failed due to moisture. It's soaked and therefore shot. It's time for new boxes. There's no repairing these things.
