t-stat problem

I still need help with my t-stat. I have a Lennox Touchscreen programmable t-stat model number 8320. The SYSTEM option only has COOL, HEAT, and OFF. It's missing the AUTO and EM.HEAT. I looked at the manual, Lennox website and Honeywell website and I can't find anyway to fix this problem. Can anyone help?

Should be a code #in your booklet and if not call out a Tech to look it up for you and properly set that stat up into auto change over.

Your installer will have the "Installers manual" which is different than the owners manual. The installer manual will have set up codes that need to be set up for the system to go Auto Changeover and Emergency Heat. Basically your contractor needs to turn those codes "on".

The EMHEAT only shows up if you have a heatpump. If EMHEAT is not one of the options, the installer did not set your stat up for heat pump. Are you running a heat pump? If not, you will not be able to display the EMHEAT function.
