I'm working on an old Victory 2 door freezer. R-502 system with dual cap tube metering. Repaired a leak, change the drier and evacuated. Charged with HP-81 about 80% of name plate charge. Pressures at 30 and 300 in a 85 to 90 degree kitchen box is struggling to even get to freezing. Any info would help I think a differant gas might work better? Yes the condenser is clean.

Why did you use HP-81? That's for ice machines where they want a higher discharge temperature for the harvest cycle.
I would go with HP-80 (R402A) or possibly R408A for that application.
