Looking for opinions on the best choice for a 3 ton 13 seer gas pack for Middle TN area. What would you guys recommend and why? Upfront cost being a very important factor. I would lean towards a unit that uses a SS HX I think. Any info /opinions would be greatly appreciated. Hold the sarcasm please if possible, if not possible heck just turn it loose, tsubaki will try to decipher any important info between the stinging sarcasm remarks.

I would look for a Dual Fuel package unit. Most manufactuters make a 13SEER. Rheem makes a 14 SEER (RQPW-B036JK08E)with standard stainless steel heat exchanger.
