I had a customer that wanted this set up and ,Carrier said only 25hna6 can be used,you cannot use FV fan coils with 21A/C either.Can only be used on Infinity products.

Yes. That's correct. Can't match the airflow to the 2-stage scroll with the VMR or FV. Got to have a fully communicating system.

Yep. About the only thing you could try would be to retrofit an Infinity board into the furnace (if that's even possible), throw an Infinity stat on there and then go with the 25HNA9... BUT, if they're living in a climate cold enough to justify a fossil-fuel furnace, I'd question the HNA9. I think the HNA6 would be better match for the climate.
I don't know enough about the 58VMR, but I'd imagine a replacement board for a 58CVx or 58MVB might be able to do it... Hopefully someone who works on the 'ol grease burners and is familiar with both units can comment on this.

The guy wanted the SCROLL,I do not feel comfortable puting an INFINTY board in an oil furnace,pioneers got shot with alot of arrows.We are going with the 25hna6
