Who should be entitled to the rebates on a track home contract of 200 or more homes? the builder,the AC Contractor ,or split?

That should have been decided before the deal was done. That is why they have contracts. The homeowner is the person who gets the tax deduction for using energy eficient equiptment. But the rebate???
