Is there any serial or wireless expander for thermostat?

Hi,

I just installed Trane 2-stage furnace and Carrier air conditioner with thermostat, Honeywell VisionPro 8000. The problem is that there is only 4 wires, but it needs at least 5 wires for 2-stage heating. Is there any serial or wireless expander, so I can connect the thermostat to the expander, and then connect another expander to my furnace?

I know there are some serial thermostats, but I like the Honeywell touch screen thermostat.
