Well the cook asked me if I was hungry so what the heck. Food stayed warm and didn't loose any time on the job.

That's a good one, SE.:)

It's a good thing you didn't put the plate on top of the compressor 'cause them eggs woulda been overdone.;)

I don't mean to ruin the humor but the first thing I noticed in that picture was that your gauges don't have protective plastic boots on them.I can't use mine without them.:p

That isn't a dennys and its kept clean compared to what I've seen. Its a Craig 3 door sandwich counter r22. Evaps. never were big enough and air flow is poor to above the compressor compartment. I've never had boots on my guages, but I have broken a few.

you should have turned the condenser motor of and let the condenser temp get up..it would have been better then a heat lamp:)

Health Inspector showed up and accepted the cabinet temp. after service. I happened to be there today replacing the draft damper assembly on the Ruud W.H. (dam that thing was expensive). We put our thermom. temp. readings against each others just to be sure, hers was high 1.5º :D She understood the probs. with older cabinets and fact that they don't have recessed condiment pans ect. Kept their 98.5 rating ;)
