As far as maintenance on resturant equipment, I've begged all my customers to clean coils and clean ice machines if they won't sign up for PM, guess what they don't do it anyway, its just like the plant maintenance man he's so busy keeping the line running he never does PM on the refrigeration or HVAC equipment.
