Refrigerant Receiver

If you install a refrigerant reciever in a system which holds 100lbs of refrigerant, how much additional refrigerant should I expect to add?

It depends on the type of system and why you need it and what your using it for.

If you call Refrigeration Research, I belive they will tell you the receiver should hold 125% of the total charge of the system. In your case it should be sized to hold 125 LBS.
