A large commercial building wants to either install a vestibule or make doors emergency exits only. The determining factor will be how much it costs each time one of these doors is open. I know this more of an engineering thing but what numbers do I need to give me me a ball park figure (I'm a Cubs fan) of what it costs to recondition the air when the building is under positive pressure in Minnesota?

If you build a vestibule you may need to take into consideration how it will effect fire evacuation with you exhaust fans and the balance of the building while under the fire condition.

Probably not a factor since this building already has two other vestibules and pose no problems during fire drills. Thanks

Do all the doors open automatically during the evacuation? If so the balance may change due to the new vestibule flow change or you could say static pressure change. Just keep it in the back of your mind so it does not become an added cost to you later.
Good luck,
