Hi: Remember the york screw compressor 110ton model # DXS45LASA46/50 remember about the strong noise,OK" someone tell me'' maybe the problem is the economizer TXV. and another tell me about some internal washer. I whant to know your opinions. THANK

i bet the bearings are DUN. I work at a place that rebuilds them, the unloaders springs break or the bearings go. Other than motor burnout thats the way they die mostly. I think who ever said washer was thinking XHS comp

Where do you work Gotsparts? I have a couple of York DXS Screws that need to be rebuilt.

I work at the shop in wheeling. we rebuild recips and screws 800 537 9675 ask for nick he can quote a price for you. The screws we get back are about 25-30 percent good cores so its not worth trying to mess with it in the field. and getto repair tactics like sealing strips on rotors or chroming up the worn out block are not worth it nothing beats new parts/still good parts.
