I've never installed a Groen steamer before, but alot of market forge, cleveland, and vulcan. In those steamer the "treated water" is the boiler fill and "the untreated water" is the cold water condstate water.Around here the everpure steam qick fliter seems to be most popular. the untreated side "cold water condstate" should be feed from before the the filter to prevent filtered water from going down the drain.
