Anyone had any problems performing a CSD-1 on intelli-fin boilers with regards to the high gas pressure switch? Dialing the thing all the way down (past 2.0") when the unit is in high-fire (100% on the VFD), and 3.6" on both the draft, and manifold, will not trip the manual reset gas pressure switch. I would just chock it up to a bad pressure switch but this is the fourth boiler in a row that I have found this problem. Without risking placing the boiler in an unsafe, over firing, situation I cannot deem this control to be effective. Aside from removing the control from the unit and bench testing it with compressed air or something else (which seems awfully ridiculous to me to have to go through with each one), I cant see how else to do this if the controls lowest setpoint is too tight to the operating point of the boiler. I contacted the factory and their tech said that "That control valve is designed and engineered to not allow any more than 3.5" W.C. so that control will never see anything more than that." Uh.....

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
