model UFD 27 SBS / serial M0637330 . Drawers drag and rollers on the fixed part of slide are galding the inside of the moving part. Anybody had this problem ? Seems it might be something to do with the rollers or screws they used.

Can't speak to the question at hand but I can tell you that getting the parts for it can be a real pain!
