Traulsen reach in cooler

Anybody had any experience with Traulsen lowboy drawer reach in cooler?Has the Intellatraul computer control with sensors

Check the control board for stuck or bad relays. That's the most common problem. Won't start?? Smack the relays on the board.

Most of the time they just need the condenser cleaned and the evaporator defrosted. Good luck tring that :p

control wont respond to any buttons. Cant check any sensors or manaully put in a defrost. Big piece of junk from what i can tell

Yeah I called Ref. Hardware and they wanted 575 or the kit, called Traulsen and they wanted 700. The whole box isnt worth 1200 probably.
Guy bought it used years ago. I may take the intellatraul off and install conventional thermostat and timeclock for about half as much.

If you haven't yet try disconnecting power to the unit and see if it comes back to life. That has worked for me on occasion and no call backs. I have retrofitted them also. It is a pain. I would do it for some one that was paying for it. Try restarting for a cheap friend ;)

It takes all of 15 minutes to pull the refrigeration package.;)
