Called Masterbilt for door heater and gaskets to a walk- in freezer. They refered me to some company called Heritage as their parts distributor. 6 weeks later still no parts and the idiot girl calls me and asks me if Im looking for some parts as if weve never spoken before. Anybody else dealt with these people before?

I usually go to Refrigeration Hardware www.rhsc.net or Case Parts Inc. www.caseparts.com. They have good inventories of common replacement parts for many different manufacturers and can usually send them out immediately.

P.S. I haven't dealt with those particular people before. But I've certainly dealt with people just like them!

Use Refrigeration Hardware or search online for Masterbilt and go straight through manufacturer.
