 I ran into a real problem today on package unit, I went out about 2 weeks ago 18* outdoor temp. Unit is on platform 12feet off the ground, I reset rollout and check gas pressure, airflow and run through a heat cycle. Well, it worked for about 2 weeks I get there Monday find board, and hot surface ignitor cracked. So I install norton 41-412 and order board and we werenot set up for Frigidaire so paid for board and rollout and returned to job. I installed board ,no heat and no 24 volts. I said well what's up, I wired it right and didn't change anything.

Check board blown? I trace wires and find that from the factory white wire is on L1 of contactor wire to neutral on board and 240 volt transformer wired to neutral at same location. I say how was this unit working before, back feed through board to make transformer and factory plug to inducer motor which is 240 volt.

So I wire transformer to line side of contactor and break one side of inducer draft motor through same side and we have inducer, transformer and wire to neutral to ground wire on unit.

Heat works great and cooling also. I have not seen that much miss wiring from factory in along time.
